This box includes:
Melatonin 3mg (1 per evening)
Recent studies confirm the benefits of melatonin in reducing the cellular damage generated by the metabolism of toxic agents in the brain. These protective effects are apparent when melatonin is given as a sole therapy or in conjunction with other potentially protective agents.
Melatonin can protect neurons from molecular damage due to a wide variety of toxic substances.
Vitamin D3 (1 per morning)
Vitamin D supplementation can be very helpful in cognitive impairment, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, and other conditions that develop due to brain cell malfunction or cell death. Low vitamin D levels are associated with increased cognitive impairment, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and respiratory diseases.
Phosphatidyl Serine (1 per day)
The effectiveness of oral PS supplementation has been studied in double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trials, showing it enriches myelin and influences the metabolism of the neurotransmitters acetylcholine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine. PS also stimulates enhanced performance on tasks that test learning ability and short-term memory. Compared with the effects of placebo, which was ineffective, PS supplementation produced significant improvements in short-term recall, immediate memory, vocabulary skills and ability to recall words, attention, and vigilance.
Potent B Complex (1 per morning)
The B vitamins comprise a group of eight water-soluble vitamins. Their collective effects are particularly prevalent to numerous aspects of brain function, including energy production, DNA/RNA synthesis/repair, genomic and non-genomic methylation, and the synthesis of numerous neurochemicals and signaling molecules. Furthermore, evidence from human research clearly shows that a significant proportion of the populations of developed countries suffer from deficiencies or insufficiencies in one or more of this group of B vitamins and that, in the absence of an optimal diet, administration of the entire B-vitamin group, rather than a small sub-set, at doses greatly in excess of the current governmental recommendations, would be a rational approach
for preserving brain health.
Curcumin Complex (1 per day)
Curcumin helps your health by potent antioxidant activity and a healthy response to inflammation. It is 30 times more bioavailable than regular curcumin and is absorbed much faster. Curcumin Complex is made with non-GMO ingredients and is hypoallergenic and vegan friendly.
Vitamin C (3 times per day)
Our bodies can neither make nor store vitamin C, so we must obtain it from an external source. Almost all fruits and vegetables contain some quantity of vitamin C. Vitamin C helps with depression, especially in children, reduces uric acid levels, reduces the risk of brain cancer (gliomas), and lowers lipids. It is also effective in destroying viruses.
SporeBiotic (See Instructions)
Mega SporeBiotic is a highly effective probiotic, providing a health-promoting microbiome and demonstrating cardiac-supportive and immune-supportive properties. As a result, the gut is effectively reconditioned rather than just being reseeded with probiotic strains that cannot colonize the gut or survive digestion.
Magnesium Complex (2 per morning, 1 per afternoon)
Magnesium is the 11th most common element in the human body. This master mineral is a necessary ingredient for approximately 350 enzyme systems, thus playing a role in the majority of the body’s metabolic processes.Up to 80% of the population is deficient in this nutrient. Magnesium binding sites have been detected on 3,751 human proteins that are essential for building, repairing, and maintaining your body’s cells. 95% of the magnesium in the cell is in the mitochondria. Magnesium is a cofactor for a substance known as adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP plays a role in energy metabolism, the process by which the body breaks down proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, converting them into energy. ATP is the cell’s energy currency, the primary product made by your cells’ energy factories called mitochondria. Magnesium is required as a cofactor for vitamin C, activating one of the body’s most important anti-oxidant nutrients for support of the immune system. Magnesium is also a cofactor for many other nutrients, including zinc, potassium, vitamin B complex, calcium, and vitamin D. Without magnesium, it would be difficult to absorb and use these necessary substances.
