ADDICTIONS, HEART DISEASE, ANXIETY, ANOREXIA, SCHIZOPHRENIA AND ANGER DISORDERS CAN BE TREATED WITH SUPPLEMENT NEO 40 (B3=NICOTINIC ACID).
Niacin=Vitamin B3=Nicotinic Acid
There are multiple causes of the diseases and conditions listed above, but all of them can be improved by replacing the short-fall of Niacin that we are missing in our American Diet. Â This inadequate intake of Nicotinic Acid makes all of these theses diseases more and more common as our diet veers away from the Hunter Gatherer meat-based diets of our ancestors. Â The remedy is to replace Nicotinic Acid in a form that is well absorbed and active once it has traversed the GI tract. Â We have found that supplement and it is the first of its kind developed by Dr. Lee the famous hormone researcher. Â He has proven that replacing Nicotinic Acid (Vitamin B3) with Neo 40 reduces the severity and even the occurrence of; High BP, Heart Disease, ED, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Anger disorders, and all forms of addiction including opiates, smoking, and alcoholism.
This is a bold claim. So I researched the science behind the mechanism of B3, Nicotinic Acid deficiency and the diseases that are said to result from long-term deprivation. It turns out that the mechanism is solid at the cellular level: Cellular energy production (remember the Krebs Cycle?) requires Nicotinic acid in the form of Co-enzyme NAD to actually produce energy which makes cells able to do their genetically prescribed âjobsâ. Low cell energy can result from three sources: 1) Inadequate NAD (Nicotinic Acid), 2) Toxins that block the energy production and 3) a lack of Essential fatty acids EFAS (from our low fat diets). In our world it is difficult to control the toxins that saturate our environment, so replacing the two nutritional building blocks that are necessary to prevent and treat many of the illnesses that have increased since we have become an industrial society with a vegetable, grain, and fruit based diet.
Here is a message to the many vegetarians here that believe they have the healthiest diet- without the essential fats and proteins provided by a variety of animal proteins: You are at higher risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, psychiatric diseases, frailty, disability, osteoporosis, anorexia and addictions. Â I have many patients who love to be vegetarian because they are thin. They think this is healthy but it is âskinny fatâ-their skin is hanging off of them and their muscles are tiny and weak. Â This leads to physical disability even on testosterone because without animal protein, the building blocks for muscle growth are not available. Â Worse yet these patients, mostly women, often quit coming to me since they are not getting muscle growth from their testosterone pelletsâbecause of their diet AND they are drinking an excessive amount of alcohol which they use to stimulate neurotransmitters in the endorphin category. Â That is not healthy.
Back to Nicotinic acid and disease. Â Without NAD, the receptor sites on all of your cells that should be attached to B3 (Nicotinic Acid), are empty and you will begin âcravingâ something to bind to, which triggers a âpredator reactionâ causing irritability and mood disorders. Â To remedy this inadequacy, humans crave alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, other forms of tobacco, and opiates. Â It is estimated that 10% of our population in the US are severely NAD (B3) deficient. Â Where in earlier eras of human life this triggered a hunting prowess and leadership in the world of aggression, in todayâs society it triggers aggression, violence, and addiction.
Positive methods of responding to the low B3, predator response includes excessive exercise. Â You see this method used by recovering addicts. At AA you often will encounter recovering addicts who excessively drink coffee and smoke cigarettes to suppress the pangs of niacin deficiency that occur when they no longer use alcohol to take the place of Niacin (B3). Â Why the replacement of Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is not widely used is a mystery to me, beyond the fact that it is poorly absorbed in the tablet form, and often causes facial flushing and hot flash like symptoms. Â Now we have an oral form that is easily absorbed when chewed called Neo 40 and is excellent at treating the pervasive B3 deficiency. This treatment has been used since the late 1930s for alcoholism, and is widely known, yet not widely prescribed.
Just think, we are using costly drugs for many of the illnesses that monopolize our healthcare system, when the problem begins as a nutritional deficiency! Â On a more broad view, we are dealing with aggression daily in our civilized society, while we ignore the fact that appropriate supplementation could prevent many of the aggressive acts that take lives in America.
